Hello Just got our 50inch screen set up and its loading however it wont allow us to press the red button on arcade controller to AGREE.. ive tried rebooting and tried plugging in and out the controller several times the screen boot loads through but when it comes to the agree, it looks like the screen has a circle in the middle that just keeps going round and round and wont allow the imput from controller to work ? any ideas.
On order numbers: 2022080213172604 and 2022080212573969, I still cannot download anything. I am connected and the device is registered but the manual update has nothing to download. I have rebooted and tired off and on for a few days now.
