I was able to connect to the server and register the device using LAN connection, but every time I try to download purchased content device says 'Cannot Connect to Server'.  I was able to manually update launcher, and receive message 'Internet Connection Required' when I load it.

Performed factory reset, rebooted device several times.

Tried WiFi adapter, and verified good internet connection by loading browser and searching google, but still get error in loader and device cannot connect to server.

What to do next?  Ordered all available downloadable content, can't download to any of it.
