Hello,

I have two gunpower devices:

1. SMT32
2. SMT24

And my UserID is: bparent27165

I have upgraded my SMT32 to version 2.6.5.2 but all my games have been removed from my device.

• I tried also a Factory reset (it took hours and nothing happened).
• When I restart my SMT32, the launcher doesn’t start, I have to start it again manually.
• When I want to register I got an “Error 215”, please contact the administrator
• When I start the device I am prompted to install Windows 11.

• Internet is working properly, I can open a web page from the device.

What can I do to get back my games and make my device works properly?
