It appears that the symptoms were caused by the discharged coin battery inside the SMT.

Please open the back cover and replace the coin battery on the motherboard with a new one.

If you need to use the SMT before replacing the battery, please try the following. We recommend replacing the battery using this as a temporary measure.

1. Connect the keyboard to the SMT.

2. Press the "Del" key on this screen.

3. Press the "Esc" key.

4. Press "Enter" > Boot Windows.
