All work is done at SMT, and some preparations are required to receive remote service.
Please follow the instructions below.

1. SMT must be connected to the Internet, keyboard, and mouse.

2. Turn on the device.

3. Press “Alt + F4” on your keyboard to close the launcher program.

4. Run web browser > Connect to rustdesk.com > Click “Download”
   

5. Select the file in the picture below to download.
   

6. Run the downloaded file.

7. Please write down the ID on the program screen you ran and send it to “service@gunpower.com”.
   When you tell us the ID, please also tell us the date and time you will be performing the remote service.
   Service hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, based on Korean time [UTC +9, Seoul].
   

8. At a certain time, we will request a remote connection.
   When a window like the picture below appears, click “Allow access.”
   

9. When a window like the picture below appears, click “Accept”.
   

10. Do not operate the device while remote service is in progress.
    Do not turn off the power or disconnect from the Internet.
    Once the service is complete, we will disconnect you.
