1. Remove the screws on the side of the body
   

2. Removing the rear cover
   

3. Check the cable connected between the cover and the board
   

4. Remove the cable
   

5. Check the location of major parts.
   

6. Turn on the device while looking inside it.

7. Check the motherboard while turning on the power.

   1. LED lamp operation

   2. Cooling fan operation
      
      ※ Please take a video of the operation of the LED lamp and cooling fan and send it to us.

8. Step 7 Check > Normal operation
   There may be a problem with the monitor or the HDMI cable connecting the motherboard to the monitor.

   1. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the cable.

   2. Try connecting using a different HDMI cable.

   3. Try connecting another monitor that is working properly to the HDMI port on the motherboard.

   4. If the screen outputs normally when connected to another monitor, it may be a display issue.

9. Check step 7 > Not working
   With the power turned off, change the switch on the motherboard to “μSD” and turn on the power, referring to the picture below.
   ※ Proceed after operating the switch 2~3 times (μSD ⇄ eMMC)
   

10. Execute step 9 > Not solved

Execute step 10 > Not solved
There is a possibility that it is a motherboard problem.
