Here's how to check your Internet connection when you're connected to a wired LAN or Wi-Fi but can't update software or download content.

1. Connect mouse, keyboard and internet to SMT
   Connect to the internet when the power is off, or reboot after connecting

2. Power on

3. Click and drag the top right corner of the screen > Check the icon next to the clock
   Icon present: Network connection
   No icon present: No network connection
   

4. If you see the icon and still see "Server not found", check the internet access of the network you're connected to.
   If you have good internet access, proceed to the next step.

5. Go to home screen

   1. If the launcher version is 2.6.5.2 or lower > Drag the bottom of the screen and click the home button
      

   2. If the launcher version is 2.6.5.3 or higher > Go to settings and run “EXIT PRGRAM”
      

6. Click the app list button > Run “Browser”
   

7. Type “gunpower.com” in the address bar > Access the homepage: No problem with your device or network
   

8. Access "gunpower.com": Internet connection is normal > Launcher program needs to be initialized
