Error 102 usually occurs when the product registration was not completed properly.

Based on your account information, the serial number for your current product has not been registered properly.

Please go to My Page > Product Registration, register the product, and then click the “Sync” button to complete the registration process.

102 오류는 제품 등록이 잘 안되었을 때 주로 나타납니다.

회원님의 정보를 보니 현재 제품의 시리얼 넘버가 정상적으로 등록이 안되어있는 상태입니다.

마이페이지>제품등록에 들어가셔서 제품등록 후에 동기화 버튼까지 누르셔야 정상적으로 등록이 마무리 됩니다.
