The SMT you possess is an older model with 16GB of capacity, even among 24-inch products.

The Wi-Fi module sold by Hardkernel can be used with 32GB Android-updated products released after 2023 or with the newer SMT-N2 model.

The reason is that the older SMT24 model does not recognize the Wi-Fi module because it is a version without the installed Android driver patch.

You can use the Hardkernel Wi-Fi module you purchased by using the following method. However, please note that this involves the inconvenience of disassembling the device, and the SMT Control app is exclusive to the SMT-N2 and cannot be used on the SMT24.
